Thunderstorm!

Just had a thunderstorm pass over during the evening. No heads up about it coming. Was in the kitchen talking to a friend and suddenly there was a noise, like a light bulb that breaks and a flash outside the window, just outside. A bit like a camera flash but in midair. Before we even could being to understand what it was the thunder came. And damn!! The whole house trembled and my poor cats took off and went under the sofa in a flash! It was all right on top of us and the thunder so powerful that it set of the car alarms on several cars outside.
I love thunder and lightning! It is so powerful and gorgeous and nature really shows us how small we are. We have nothing to put up against her if she would want to off us. And I believe one day she will!!

Well now Nomak wants my attention or I will loose a toe!

Nightmares part II

Am so tired but I just dont want to go to sleep. Am scared of more nightmares.
Sounds like a bad Terror on Elm street movie I know but I just cant shake the feeling the nightmare gave me. Dont know what to do as for once I'm really tired.

Nightmares

Had a bad night. First it took forever to fall asleep and then I woke up from a nightmare after just one hour. Made it almost impossible to fall asleep again. Been years since I had such a bad nightmare that affected me as much.
Had a creepy feeling for hours and it still is very uncomfortable to think about. Parts of the nightmare reminds me of one I used to have as a child.
Going to be a loooong day today. So tired...

Full moon...

Full moon coming up on wednesday and as always my head is starting to hurt... A very annoying pain that wont go away whatever I do.

They are saying the weather tomorrow is going to be wonderful so perhaps a trip to town would be in place. Still have to go and give blood. Tomorrow sounds good. Feeding the undead ;)

Rant...

Took a big decision today and also did a spontaneous thing that could have an effect on my future. Go with the flow and move in whatever direction your life leads you ... Putting myself first and doing whats best for me. It is my decision and you can support me or not your choice.
There are some people out there that think they know me and whats best for me and they over and over again try to tell me whats best for me. Well newsflash! You dont know me! Not even close!
There are two people in this world that know me very very well and that is...
Petra that I for the most part grew up with that has seen me in all kinds of situations. We have talked about everything and nothing and she understand and listen. Love her!

Then there is Sari, my soulmate in some ways and my total opposite in others. We may not always see eye to eye about things but I love her to death. And when it comes down to it I trust her with my life!

Then there are a few that are getting closer to me.
Wonderful Ronnie who I honestly can say saved my life.
Not going to sit here and mention everyone. What I wanted to get thru is that not many know my and most are not even close.
Only one person fully knows me and that is me!

Nighttime...

Got so much done today! But still numerous things on the list to fix. Hope to sort most of it out tomorrow. Cos then next week somes filled with other stuff that needs done.

Even had time to update my other blogg this evening. Been ages since I wrote. Just never got around to doing it even though I felt several times that I needed it. But now it's done. Got a note about it some time ago from some one saying that it was very inspiring.

Cant wait to go home for a week!!

Now off to fight my insomnia!

So far half of the windows are cleaned but still the other half to do and then laundry.

No blood today!

Had a lovely but way to short lunch with Linn today. Was nice to see here and talk about everything and nothing. So it was 60 intense minutes.

Also went and bought some new materials and picked up 3 new diplomas and certificates. Maybe I should go for a teacher certificate next? Who knows what will happen... One thing I know is that I'm wanted and my skills are recognized. Keep getting offers every week but I have made up my mind. Hire me or it's a no.

Also went to give some blood as they texted me earlier this week that is was time again. I however missed the fact that they close early on fridays. So sorry to you all undead out there I would make my deposit until next week. But it's worth waiting for ;)

Now I have a somewhat busy weekend infront of me but it's ok :)

Sunshine!

Off to my old work in a few, having lunch with the wonderful Linn later. Miss her and the others. Have to wait a while before seeing Amanda again though as she is still relaxing in Thailand.

Then a few other errands to get fixed while I'm in town. Maybe even a short meeting with my brother.

The weather is lovely so friday here I come!

Surprise for me!

My brother came by today. Was a complete surprise that he was in town when he called me today. But it was great to spend some time with him and talk. We tend to talk a lot when we spend time together. Had some dinner too and he stayed and entertained Tina while I was fixing her nails.
He is in town for work, giving some lessons in stage-fighting at the dance academy and was nice enough to come over when he had a few hours off.

Have finally booked ticket to go back home for a week in may and already have plans for what to do. People to meet and things to arrange. Will be a busy week but filled of fun and some great time with great people. Cant wait to see Petra and spend some time with my dear cousin! Who is also coming down to see me in the end of may. Then anything can happen! Good to know I'm the sober one ;)

April weather!

I must have scared off spring with my rant last night as right now it is snowing outside again. Big beautiful snowflakes falling from the sky.

Having a lazy day today as I'm feeling a bit crappy.

Spring I dont like you very much right now!

Damn how I wish I had allergies instead of this hypersensitive thing! Atleast allergies you can do something about and ease. This you cant do anything about. Been sneezing like crazy all evening. I guess it's the pollen that are starting to fly around in the air. Oh the joy of spring!!

Finally got around to watching Annihilation Earth last night. What can I say... Not Lukes proudest moment. He was great as always but the rest Oh dear! Or Oh my god! Most used phrase in the entire movie! And I'm sorry but strippers dont make convincing scientist (or whatever they were supposed to be). It was not Cold & Dark bad (but not much is, that one is hard to beat) but it was not god.
Although I must say this is about the handsomest I've seen Luke! Hot! No abs and a slight, very slight tummy. Makes a girl like me happy.

Creative...

So been playing around a bit with the blog this evening and I think it look better now. I'm really glad I can do HTML coding as some of the changes I've done to the original script would be impossible to do otherwise. But hey at least I'm good at something ;)
Am not fully happy with the design yet, am looking for a background that I like... So I will be changing it further. You just have to put up with that for a while :)

I wish I could be as creative as I am with these kinds of things when it comes to writing my CV and job applications! Sadly it dont really work that way. But I'm getting there. Just so much to do and papers to fill out that I'm going insane!

A new beginning...

I decided to change my blog place and I have my cousin to thank for that. She is using this site and I found it to be much better than the site I have been using. Also I could choose the language for this site.
Still working on this place and it will probably go thru quite a few changes before I am done. But you are all welcome. Don’t be afraid to comment…
